REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
At Mindfully Refreshed, we are dedicated to providing quality services, including mindfulness coaching, wellness classes, and workshops. Please note that all purchases made for our services are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for cancellations, missed appointments, or changes in your schedule.
However, if you believe you were overcharged or if there was an error on our part during the booking or payment process, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. If our review confirms an error, we will issue a refund for the overcharged amount promptly.
To request a refund due to an error, please email us at info@mindfullyrefreshed with your payment details, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
