About the event

Burnout is a work-related contidition creating feelings of exhaustion emotionally and physically.  Burnout is not a specific medical condition or mental health illness, but is serious.  Burnout affects identity and accomplishment.  Burnout doesn't have to last.  By knowing causes and signs of burnout and taking steps to address them, we can protect both our physical and mental health. And we will be better prepared to enjoy life to the fullest.
